Deleting your account
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, neither you nor our support team can restore it or your data.
Deleting vs cancelling
Deleting your account is different from cancelling a subscription. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel your subscription instead - you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens when you delete your account
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately - including unused time, with no refund.
- All your personal data, scores, and progress are permanently erased.
- You lose access immediately and can't log back in with this email.
